§ 10108 TITLE 3: HUMAN RESOURCES DIVISION 1: EDUCATION § 10108. Scholarship Recipient List. The CNMI Scholarship and Financial Assistance Office and any other govern- mental entity overseeing any scholarship program shall compile a Scholarship Re- cipient List sorted by name, mailing address, field of study, number of years in college, and expected graduation date. Upon written consent of the students, copies of this list shall be provided annually to the Northern Marianas College, the Public School System, the Office of Personnel Management, Department of Labor, Em- ployment Services Division, and other governmental entities exempted from the blanket prohibition on hiring nonresident workers under 3 CMC § 4434(i).
