§ 1102. Commonwealth Legislature- Senate

TITLE 1: GOVERNMENT DIVISION 1: LEGISLATIVE BRANCH § 1102. Commonwealth Legislature: Senate. (a) The Senate consists of nine members, with three members elected at large from each of three senatorial districts: (1) First Senatorial District: Rota. (2) Second Senatorial District: Tinian and Aguiguan. (3) Third Senatorial District: Saipan, and the islands north of Saipan. (b) The term of office for senator is four years. (c) A senator shall be qualified to vote in the Commonwealth, at least 25 years of age, and a resident and domiciliary of the Commonwealth for at least five years immediately preceding the date on which the senator takes office.
