§ 1108. Personal Liability Penalty
TITLE 1: GOVERNMENT DIVISION 1: LEGISLATIVE BRANCH § 1108. Personal Liability Penalty. Any outgoing member of the legislature who violates 1 CMC § 1107(b) shall be personally liable in a sum equal to the value to replace the property. The civil penalty shall be assessed by a judge of the Commonwealth Superior Court and an action to enforce this penalty may be brought by the Legislative Bureau.
