§ 1502. Findings and Purpose

TITLE 6: CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE DIVISION 1: CRIMES AGAINST THE PERSON § 1502. Involuntary Servitude. A person commits the crime of involuntary servitude if the person recklessly, knowingly, or intentionally subjects, or attempts to subject, another person to forced labor or services without due process of law.
