§ 1503. Increase in House Membership

TITLE 6: CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE DIVISION 1: CRIMES AGAINST THE PERSON § 1503. Human Trafficking for Involuntary Servitude. A person commits the crime of human trafficking for involuntary servitude if the person: (a) Knowingly recruits, transports, entices, harbors, provides, or obtains by any means, another person, knowing or with the intent that the person will be subjected to involuntary servitude; or (b) Conspires with another or attempts to engage in conduct described in sub- section (a), supra; or (c) Benefits financially or receives anything of value, from knowing participa- tion in a venture which has engaged in an act described in violation of subsec- tions (a) or (b), supra.
