§ 2093. Liaison Offices- Compensation and Budget
TITLE 1: GOVERNMENT DIVISION 2: EXECUTIVE BRANCH § 2093. Liaison Offices: Compensation and Budget. (a) The liaison officers shall receive compensation as prescribed by the Gov- ernor, pursuant to the budgetary appropriations. In addition, they shall each receive an allowance each fiscal year for secretarial, clerical, technical and professional assistance, for all other office expenses, including office rental and equipment, and for personal housing as may be authorized, and such other further expenses, as provided by appropriation. The liaison officers shall receive the standard Commonwealth government rates for per diem and actual travel costs for travel on official business. (b) The liaison officers and their wives and children shall be reimbursed for their relocation and repatriation travel expenses upon beginning and ending their employment as liaison officers for the Commonwealth. The liaison officer and his wife and children shall receive the standard Commonwealth government rates of per diem and actual travel costs under this subsection (b) of this section.
