§ 2262. Board of Education- Tenure
TITLE 7: CIVIL PROCEDURE DIVISION 2: ACTIONS AND SPECIAL PROCEEDINGS § 2262. Waiver of Certain Aspects of Government Immunity Permitted. The Governor or his duly authorized representative may waive some or all of the following provisions of title 7, division 2, chapter 2, articles 1 [7 CMC § 2201 et seq.] and 2 [7 CMC § 2211 et seq.]: (a) 7 CMC § 2205; (b) 7 CMC § 2251; (c) 7 CMC § 2252; (d) 7 CMC § 2253; and (e) 7 CMC § 2254. Such waiver shall be made only upon a specific finding by either the Governor or his duly appointed representative which is consistent within the public interest. Source: PL 5-26, § 2, modified.
