TITLE 10: LOCAL LAWS DIVISION 2: SECOND SENATORIAL DISTRICT (TINIAN, ETC.) § 2355. Tinian Stable Token Reserve Requirements. A Tinian Stable Token is a Virtual Currency representative of and redeemable for one (1) United States dollar held in trust by the Treasurer. Tinian Stable Tokens shall only be issued in exchange for United States dollars. Tinian Stable Tokens shall only be redeemed for United States dollars and such redemption shall only occur on a one-to-one basis. Source: TLL 24-03, § 6 (May 19, 2025).
