§ 2455. Department of Commerce- Staff

TITLE 7: CIVIL PROCEDURE DIVISION 2: ACTIONS AND SPECIAL PROCEEDINGS § 2455. Security Not Furnished. When security that has been ordered furnished is not furnished as ordered, the litigation shall be dismissed as to the defendant for whose benefit it was ordered furnished.
