§ 2507. Department of Public Safety- Rules and Regulations
TITLE 9: VEHICLE CODE DIVISION 2: REGISTRATION AND LICENSES § 2507. Limitations. The Department of Public Safety shall not send the personal data of an appli- cant for: an instruction permit, driver’s license, driver’s license renewal, provi- sional driver’s license or identification card, renewal or duplicate to Selective Service, where the applicant can show that he is exempt from the provisions of this Act.
