§ 2807. Public Lands- Additional Policies and Procedures
TITLE 7: CIVIL PROCEDURE DIVISION 2: ACTIONS AND SPECIAL PROCEEDINGS § 2807. Statutory Liability Limitations: Persons Certified to Provide Pre- hospital Emergency Field Care Treatment. Any person who has a certificate or license issued by U.S. jurisdiction gov- ernment agency or authority to provide prehospital emergency field care treat- ment at the scene of an emergency, as defined in 7 CMC § 2803, shall be liable for civil damages only for acts or omissions performed in a grossly negligent manner or acts or omissions not performed in good faith.
