§ 3101. Establishment of Supreme Court
TITLE 9: VEHICLE CODE DIVISION 3: INSPECTION OF VEHICLES § 3101. Safety Inspections: Privately-Owned Motor Vehicles. Except as otherwise provided by this division, all privately-owned motor vehicles shall be safety inspected at a certified safety inspection station within 30 days prior to registration or a registration renewal.
