§ 3105. Appeals- Procedure and Rules
TITLE 9: VEHICLE CODE DIVISION 3: INSPECTION OF VEHICLES § 3105. Safety Inspections: Suspension of Registration for Noncompli- ance. The court may order the suspension of the registration of any motor vehicle upon determination that the vehicle does not have a valid certificate of safety inspection, does not display any required sticker or other identification with respect to inspection status, or has not been submitted for reinspection within one month after a notice of deficiency is given.
