§ 313. Legal Holidays- Weekends

TITLE 1: GENERAL PROVISIONS § 313. Legal Holidays: Weekends. If a holiday falls on a Saturday, it shall be celebrated on the preceding Friday. If a holiday falls on a Sunday, it shall be celebrated on the following Monday. Source: PL 1-11, § 4, modified.
