§ 413. Commonwealth Hall of Fame- Procedures
TITLE 1: GENERAL PROVISIONS § 413. Commonwealth Hall of Fame Commission: Procedures. (a) The meetings of the commission shall be open to the public and shall be held at least once every three months. Special meetings may be called by the chairman or upon the affirmative vote of six members. (b) The affirmative vote of six members of the board is necessary for the va- lidity of any of its acts. (c) Members of the commission serve without pay but shall be reimbursed for reasonable and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of their duties as certified by the chairman.
