§ 415. Commonwealth Hall of Fame- Nominations

TITLE 1: GENERAL PROVISIONS § 415. Commonwealth Hall of Fame: Nominations. Nominations for any of the categories of endeavor stated in 1 CMC § 414 shall be governed by the following rules: (a) Except as provided in 1 CMC § 418, nominations shall be made by petition by no less than 100 persons who are registered voters of the Commonwealth; the nomination may be initiated by an organized civic or fraternal group in the Commonwealth or by a group of residents who band together for such purpose. (b) The nomination shall be accompanied by a typewritten resume including a biography and a detailed description of the accomplishment or accomplishments for which the person is being nominated.
