§ 420. Inscription- Commonwealth Hall of Fame
TITLE 1: GENERAL PROVISIONS § 420. Inscription: Commonwealth Hall of Fame. The name of each inductee shall be inscribed on a bronze or similarly appro- priate plaque to be publicly displayed in the Commonwealth Hall of Fame. Each person inducted shall receive a medal commemorative of the occasion. Source: PL 3-46, § 13, modified. Commission Comment: PL 3-46 took effect February 11, 1983. Executive Order 94-3, the “Second Reorganization Plan of 1994” (effective August 23, 1994), reorganized the Commonwealth government executive branch, changed agency names and official titles and effected numerous other revisions. According to Executive Order 94-3, § 308(g): Section 308. Department of Community and Cultural Affairs… . (g) Hall of Fame. The Commonwealth Hall of Fame is abolished and its records, property, facilities, equipment, and supplies transferred to the Department of Community and Cultural Affairs.
