§ 439. Rota- Sports Complex
TITLE 1: GENERAL PROVISIONS § 439. Rota: Sports Complex. The Department of Public Lands shall designate Lot 345 R 512, containing an area of 68,816 square meters, located in Sinapalo, Rota, to be reserved for sports- type facilities and improvements such as tennis and basketball courts, football and soccer fields, and outdoor track and field, and the area shall be named “Joaquin Mesngon Ogo, Tun Kindu, Sports Complex Arena.” The land shall be under the management of the Resident Director of the Department of Lands and Natural Resources.
