TITLE 1: GENERAL PROVISIONS § 442. Tinian: Naming of the Antonio Manglona Borja Amphitheater. The amphitheater in Natibu Park in Tinian is hereby named “the Antonio Manglona Borja Amphitheater.” Source: PL 17-15 § 2 (September 24, 2010). Commission Comment: Public Law 17-15 took effect September 24, 2010. PL 17-15 included findings and purposes, administering authority, severability and savings clause provisions.
