§ 443. Tinian- Department of Public Safety
TITLE 1: GENERAL PROVISIONS § 443. Tinian: Department of Public Safety. The name “Department of Public Safety” in reference to the public safety building on Tinian is changed to “Gilbert Manglona Taisacan Building.” The new name shall be prominently affixed at the main entrance to the facility, the height of the letters not less than seven inches. Commission Comment: .Pursuant to 1 CMC § 3806(a) and (b), the Com- mission renumbered PL 18-7 § 3 from the stated § 442 to § 443 in order for the section to fit harmoniously within the Code. The Commission struck the figure “7” pursuant to 1 CMC § 3806(e).
