§ 453. Commonwealth State Funeral- Persons Entitled
TITLE 1: GENERAL PROVISIONS § 453. Commonwealth State Funeral: Persons Entitled. The following persons shall be entitled to a Commonwealth state funeral: (a) Governor, former Governors; (b) Lieutenant Governor, former Lieutenant Governors; (c) Mayors of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands; (d) Members of the Northern Marianas Commonwealth Legislature, during their tenure with the Legislature; (e) Representative to the United States; (f) Justices and judges; and (g) Commonwealth police and fire officers killed in the line of duty.
