§ 5201. Delegation of Authority- Rota and Tinian and Aguiguan

TITLE 9: VEHICLE CODE DIVISION 5: RULES OF THE ROAD § 5201. Director to Erect and Maintain Signs and Markers. After consultation with the director, the Director of Public Works shall, by regulation, cause appropriate signs to be erected and maintained designating business, school and residential districts, and such other signs and markings consistent with the provisions of this division as may be necessary to direct and regulate traffic, including signs notifying drivers of vehicles to stop or yield before entering or crossing highways designated as through highways, and such additional signs as may be appropriate under the provisions of this division. All signs shall conform with the United States Department of Transportation’s Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices. Source: PL 3-61, § 1 (§ 505).
