§ 6103. Election Commission- Term of Appointment
TITLE 9: VEHICLE CODE DIVISION 6: ACCIDENTS AND ACCIDENT REPORTS § 6103. False Reports. Any person who gives information in oral or written reports as required in this division knowing or having reason to believe that the information is false shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by impris- onment for not more than six months, or by a fine of not more than $500, or by both.
