§ 6104. Election Commission- Election of Chairperson
TITLE 9: VEHICLE CODE DIVISION 6: ACCIDENTS AND ACCIDENT REPORTS § 6104. Suspension and Penalty for Failure to Report. The director shall suspend the license, permit or nonresident operating privi- leges of any person failing to report an accident as provided in this division until the report has been filed. The director may extend that suspension not to exceed 30 days. Source: PL 3-61, § 1 (§ 604).
