§ 6106. Election Commission- Quorum and Attendance
TITLE 9: VEHICLE CODE DIVISION 6: ACCIDENTS AND ACCIDENT REPORTS § 6106. Accident Report Forms. The bureau shall prepare and supply forms for written accident reports as required in this division, suitable with respect to the persons required to make the reports and the purposes to be served. The written reports shall call for sufficient- ly detailed information so as to disclose with reference to a vehicle accident the cause, conditions then existing and the persons and vehicles involved. Reports for use by drivers and owners shall also call for information relating to financial responsibility. Source: PL 3-61, § 1 (§ 606).
