§ 6110. Election Commission- Administrative Staff
TITLE 1: GOVERNMENT DIVISION 6: ELECTIONS § 6110. Election Commission: Administrative Staff. The executive director is authorized to employ such staff as may be required to supervise Commonwealth elections; maximize registration of eligible voters throughout the Commonwealth; maintain data concerning registered voters, elections, apportionment, and districting; and to perform other duties as neces- sary to carry out the intent of this part pursuant to budgetary appropriation.
