§ 6367. Authorization for Reprogramming
TITLE 1: GOVERNMENT DIVISION 6: ELECTIONS § 6367. Authorization for Reprogramming. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the Governor shall re- program the sum of $60,000 from the Office of the Resident Representative’s Account to the Commonwealth Election Commission (CEC) for the first Dele- gate election to be conducted on November 4, 2008. The Commission shall be the expenditure authority for the reprogrammed funds. Source: PL 16-13, § 2(6367).
