§ 6405. Payment of Value to Induce Candidate to Withdraw

TITLE 1: GOVERNMENT DIVISION 6: ELECTIONS § 6405. Payment of Value to Induce Candidate to Withdraw. A person shall not, directly or indirectly, by himself or through any other person advance or pay, or cause to be paid, any money or other thing of value to or for the use of any other person, in consideration of a person withdrawing as a candidate for a public office.
