§ 6408. Communication of Promise

TITLE 1: GOVERNMENT DIVISION 6: ELECTIONS § 6408. Communication of Promise. Every person is guilty of a misdemeanor who communicates any offer made in violation of the preceding Section 6407 to any person with intent to induce him to vote for, or to procure or aid in procuring the election of, the nominee or candidate making the offer.
