§ 6411. Disqualification

TITLE 1: GOVERNMENT DIVISION 6: ELECTIONS § 6411. Disqualification. A candidate convicted under the provisions of Sections 6401-6405, inclusive, of this Chapter is disqualified from holding the office for which he was a candi- date or nominee at the time of violating the provisions aforesaid.
