§ 6428. Penalties

TITLE 1: GOVERNMENT DIVISION 6: ELECTIONS § 6428. Penalties. Any person violating this Article shall upon conviction be fined not more than fifty-thousand dollars ($50,000) or imprisoned for not more than one year or both. Source: Repealed and reenacted by PL 12-18, § 2 (6428).
