§ 6508. Election Day- Holiday

TITLE 1: GOVERNMENT DIVISION 6: ELECTIONS § 6508. Election Day: Holiday. If an election is held on a day other than a Saturday or Sunday, the election day shall be a legal holiday within the Commonwealth or in the senatorial or election district. Source: PL 12-18, § 2 (6508).
