§ 6602. Election Contests- Actual Prejudice Required
TITLE 1: GOVERNMENT DIVISION 6: ELECTIONS § 6602. Election Contests: Actual Prejudice Required. (a) No irregularity or improper conduct in the proceedings of the election may void an election result, unless the irregularity or misconduct resulted in a defend- ant being declared either elected or tied for election.
