§ 6607. Election Contest- Certificate of Election
TITLE 1: GOVERNMENT DIVISION 6: ELECTIONS § 6607. Election Contest: Certificate of Election. (a) Upon the expiration of the time for appeal, the person declared elected by the court is entitled to a certificate of election. If a certificate has not already been issued to him by the Commission, the Commission shall immediately make out and deliver to that person a certificate of election. (b) If the Commission has issued any certificate for the same office to another person than the one declared elected by the court, such certificate shall become void by the judgment of the court.
