§ 6610. Election Contest- Failure to Appeal from Court Judgment
TITLE 1: GOVERNMENT DIVISION 6: ELECTIONS § 6610. Election Contest: Failure to Appeal from Court Judgment. Whenever an election is reversed by the judgment of the Commonwealth Superior Court, and no appeal is taken within three (3) days thereafter, the certification, if any has been issued, is void and the office is filled by the person declared to be elected.
