§ 6938. Fixed Assets and Capital Goods of the Office of the Mayor
TITLE 1: GOVERNMENT DIVISION 6: ELECTIONS § 6938. Fixed Assets and Capital Goods of the Office of the Mayor. All fixed assets and capital goods situated in Office of the Mayor, listed in the inventory as provided under 1 CMC § 6931(d), shall not be transferred out of the office. The fixed assets and capital goods shall remain under the custody and possession of the Office of the Mayor to be used by the Mayor-elect. Source: PL 19-11 § 3(109) (Oct. 15, 2015), modified.
