§ 7103. Definitions
TITLE 9: VEHICLE CODE DIVISION 7: SERIOUS TRAFFIC OFFENSES AND PENALTIES § 7103. Tampering with Vehicle. Every person who either individually or in association with one or more other persons willfully damages or tampers with any vehicle or its contents, or breaks or removes any part or parts of the vehicle without the consent of the owner is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $500 or by imprisonment of not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprison- ment.
