§ 7502. Inclusion of Federal Grant Funds in Executive Budget
TITLE 1: GOVERNMENT DIVISION 7: PLANNING, BUDGETING AND AUDITING § 7502. Inclusion of Federal Grant Funds in Executive Budget. (a) Pursuant to the submission of an annual budget by the Governor to the legislature, the special assistant shall include all federal monies received or anticipated by agencies as a part of the budget submission. The special assistant shall prepare documents to show for each budgetary category: (1) The amount of Commonwealth monies requested by fund; (2) The amount of federal monies anticipated, or due; (3) The amount of other non-Commonwealth monies requested or antici- pated; and (4) The total anticipated expenditure from all sources for the respective cat- egory. (b) A similar breakdown of funding sources, including budgetary categories for billed and unbilled reimbursable federal monies shall be shown for the current and two preceding fiscal years.
