§ 7706. Administrative Penalties
TITLE 1: GOVERNMENT DIVISION 7: PLANNING, BUDGETING AND AUDITING § 7706. Administrative Penalties. In addition to any penalty or liability under other law, any officer or employee of the Commonwealth who shall violate the provisions of this section or part shall be subject to appropriate administrative discipline, including, when circum- stances warrant, suspension from duty without pay, or removal from office.
