§ 7707. Duty to Report Violations of this Part
TITLE 1: GOVERNMENT DIVISION 7: PLANNING, BUDGETING AND AUDITING § 7707. Duty to Report Violations of this Part. In the case of a violation of this section or part by an officer or employee of the Commonwealth, the head of the branch or department concerned shall immediately report to the Governor, to the office of the Attorney General, and to the presiding officers of the legislature all pertinent facts together with a state- ment of the action taken thereon.
