TITLE 1: GOVERNMENT DIVISION 7: PLANNING, BUDGETING AND AUDITING § 7721. Short Title. This chapter may be cited as the Government Deposit Safety Act of 1984. Source: PL 4-33, § 1. Commission Comment: PL 4-33 took effect March 20, 1985. Pursuant to its authority to rearrange sections to fit harmoniously within the code, in the January 1997 revision the Commission moved this chapter from title 1, division 7, part 1, chapter 8, where it had originally been codified (as former 1 CMC §§ 7801-7807). The Commission took this action because the material in this chapter is not related to the Planning and Budgeting Act of 1983, which com- prises part 1 of this division.
