§ 7728. Penalties
TITLE 1: GOVERNMENT DIVISION 7: PLANNING, BUDGETING AND AUDITING § 7728. Penalties. (a) Any person, except a bank, who knowingly violates 1 CMC § 7723 shall be imprisoned for not more than five years and fined not less than 5,000 for each day of noncompliance with the applicable provisions.
