§ 8113. Civil Service Commission- Meetings
TITLE 1: GOVERNMENT DIVISION 8: PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT § 8113. Civil Service Commission: Meetings. The commission shall meet at least once each calendar quarter, with the date, time and place to be designated by the chairman or a majority of the Commission members. All decisions of the Commission shall be made by a vote of at least four members. Four members shall constitute a quorum. Meetings shall be held in accordance with the Open Government Act, 1 CMC § 9901 et seq. Source: PL 1-9, § 3, modified; repealed and reenacted by PL 17-80 § 3 (8113) (August 31, 2012), modified.
