§ 8123. Director of Personnel- Qualifications
TITLE 1: GOVERNMENT DIVISION 8: PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT § 8123. Director of Personnel: Qualifications. The Director of Personnel shall have a minimum of five years work experi- ence in personnel administration, and shall subscribe to the principles of the merit system.
