§ 8132. Civil Service System- Classification
TITLE 1: GOVERNMENT DIVISION 8: PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT § 8132. Civil Service System: Classification. Class titles shall be used to designate positions in all official records, documents, vouchers, and communications; and no person shall be appointed to or be employed in a position in the civil service under any title which has not been approved by the Commission.
