§ 8141. Prohibited Activities- Discriminatory Practices

TITLE 1: GOVERNMENT DIVISION 8: PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT § 8141. Prohibited Activities: Discriminatory Practices. No person holding any position in the civil service shall be favored or discrim- inated against on account of age, race, sex, religion, political affiliation, or place of origin.
