§ 8212. Salary Schedule
TITLE 1: GOVERNMENT DIVISION 8: PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT § 8212. Salary Schedule. The schedule set forth in Attachment A provides the official hourly, bi-weekly and annual base salary for all civil service employees. The schedule provides a framework for the classification of civil service positions within a 20-pay level structure with 12 steps for each pay level. No other salary schedule shall be implemented in place of this schedule unless it is established by law. No salary adjustment pursuant to this Act shall affect or alter the waiting period required for qualifying for the next within-grade step increase. This Act shall apply to all civil service employees in both locally and federally funded positions.
