§ 8232. Utility Payments- Nonapplicability to Preexisting Employment Contracts
TITLE 1: GOVERNMENT DIVISION 8: PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT § 8232. Utility Payments: Nonapplicability to Preexisting Employment Contracts. The provisions of 1 CMC § 8231 shall not apply to any occupant who is guar- anteed free electrical power or free water by virtue of any contract of employ- ment or agreement which was in effect as of October 1, 1977; provided, however, that no contracts of employment or agreements entered into following the effective date of this act shall be inconsistent with the terms of this act.
