§ 8233. Utility Payments- Responsibility of Trust Territory
TITLE 1: GOVERNMENT DIVISION 8: PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT § 8233. Utility Payments: Responsibility of Trust Territory. If the Trust Territory government continues to provide free electrical power (up to 1,000 kilowatt-hours per month) or free water to their contract employees or to United States civil servants residing in the Commonwealth beyond the time periods specified in 1 CMC § 8232, the Trust Territory government shall be responsible for the electrical power and water consumed by those employees and shall be required to reimburse the Commonwealth government for the electrical power and water consumed by those employees.
