§ 82603. Prohibition
TITLE 1: GOVERNMENT DIVISION 8: PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT § 82603. Prohibition. Unless otherwise provided by contract as of the effective date of this Article, no government employee, upon separation from government service shall be compensated for sick leave accrued during employment with the Commonwealth government. Unless otherwise provided by contract as of the effective date of this Article, no sick leave shall be granted to any government employee after the final day of actual attendance of that separating government employee. All new contracts concluded after the effective date of this Article shall comply fully with this section. Source: PL 15-57, § 2 (8278), modified.
